Palia Trade Post is a small, free Discord bot and website for Palia players. This page explains what it stores and why.

Who is responsible

Palia Trade Post is run by an individual in the United Kingdom. You can contact us on our support server: discord.gg/xhGk2XDfzK.

When you use the bot on Discord:

your Discord user ID and the ID of the server you used the bot in
the items you list as offered or looked for (your Offering / LF lists)
identifiers of the trade posts the bot made for you, so it can update or remove them

When you log in on app.paliatrade.org (Discord login):

your Discord user ID, display name, avatar, and the list of servers you share with the bot
this is kept only in a login cookie in your browser (up to 30 days). It is not saved on our server.

We do not collect your email address, your messages, passwords or payment details.

To run the bot: save your lists, match players who can trade, and post trades. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell or share your data. It is stored on a server we run. Discord, the platform you already use, processes it as part of providing Discord.

Your lists stay until you remove them. Use /clearlist to empty your lists, or remove single items with /mylist.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask to see or delete your data. Message us on the support server and we will delete your entry.

If this changes, we will update this page and the date above.
